Biotech startup seeking plant molecular biologists in San Francisco

We are seeking technicians, scientists, lab managers and interns who have experience with molecular biology in plants, especially molecular cloning, tissue culture, protoplasts, transformation, and P. patens. Salary $40,000-80,000, plus cash bonus from participation in profit share and equity of 1-2% in stock options.

TAXA Biotechnologies (formerly Glowing Plant) is a very small startup located in San Francisco. We genetically engineer plants to make useful and interesting products for consumers. We're best known currently for our crowdfunding campaign to make a real Glowing Plant. A major goal is to correct the public perception of genetically engineered plants by introducing them to fun, interesting and tangible products, as well as through education and outreach.
